ORRONG
IN PLANNING
A multi-residential development designed for residents transitioning from larger family homes within Caulfield North and the surrounding suburbs. The landscape draws on the area's established garden character, incorporating palms, lush evergreen planting and layered garden beds to create a sense of familiarity and connection to place. A series of staggered arbours along the primary entry sequence break down the scale of a long linear approach, introducing shade, overhead greenery and moments of pause while helping to ground the building within the landscape. Generous upper-level planters soften the architecture, improve outlooks and contribute to building setbacks, while providing landscape buffers that reduce overlooking to neighbouring properties. Throughout the site, high-quality permeable paving has been selected to improve stormwater outcomes while providing a durable and accessible surface for residents.
