A series of staggered arbours along the primary entry sequence break down the scale of a long linear approach, introducing shade, overhead greenery and moments of pause while helping to ground the building within the landscape. Generous upper-level planters soften the architecture, improve outlooks and contribute to building setbacks, while providing landscape buffers that reduce overlooking to neighbouring properties.
